Termite/Carpenter Ant Damage Fixed

We finally decided to fix the termite/carpenter ant damage in the living room   All the furniture and things had to be moved into the dining room.  

They scraped and stripped the ceiling.  Checked the beams for soft spot.  And then repainted the whole thing.

 While having it all redone, I decided to get the benches refinished.  They were painted white but had previously been painted that pea green that used to be in style.  They were pretty banged up.
