Winter Formal

Rebecca went to the high school winter formal with a group of friends.  We found a dress for $25.  I did have to alter it but I could not have bought the fabric for that much.  The dress came to the floor.  Rebecca did not want it all the way to the floor.  The bodice was rouched so I thought I would do similar on the skirt.I sewed bias tape into all of the seems and ran thread through the binding.  Then I pulled and gathered the skirt up.  The dress turned out beautiful.  The pictures did not.  They were blurry.  I am going to retake them this next week when she wears it again for the Sweetest Nights Choir fundraiser.
